Fill fry tank with oil and then turn power on

Programming Modes

To make changes to your program:

1.If display is locked it must be unlocked using the unlock code.

Press program button to enter the program mode: LEFT TIMER displays

Press LEFT to increase time.

Press Right to decrease time.

Press to go to Step 3.

RIGHT TIMER displays Press LEFT to increase time.

Press Right to decrease time. Press to go to Step 4.

TEMPERATURE SETTING displays

Press LEFT to increase temp.

Press Right to decrease temp.

Press to go to Step 5.

MELT CYCLE displays

Press LEFT to change to “S” Solid.

Press LEFT to change to

NO MELT.

Press LEFT to change to “L” Liquid.

Press to go to Step 6.
