CÓMO CONECTAR EL CILINDRO DE PROPANO LICUADO

ADVERTENCIA: Asegúrese de que la válvula del cilindro de propano licuado esté cerrada. Ciérrela girándola hacia la derecha.

PELIGRO

No utilice una llama abierta para comprobar si existen fugas de gas. Asegúrese de que no haya chispas o llamas abiertas en el área mientras comprueba si existen fugas. Chispas o llamas causarán un fuego o explosión, las cuales pueden causar serias lesiones corporales o la muerte, y daños a la propiedad.

Para conectar la manguera al cilindro:

ADVERTENCIA: La manguera debe sujetarse a la pata del carro usando el clip de retención. El no hacerlo pudiera causar un fuego o explosión, resultando en lesiones corporales o la muerte y en daños a la propiedad.

1)Retire la cubierta antipolvo de plástico de la válvula del tanque.

2)Enrosque el cople de la manguera a la válvula del tanque, en el sentido de las agujas del reloj o hacia la derecha. Sólo apriete a mano.

Nota: Este es un nuevo tipo de conexión. Se aprieta hacia la derecha y no permitirá que el gas fluya a menos que la conexión esté apretada. La conexión sólo requiere apretarse a mano.

ADVERTENCIA: No use una llave para apretar la conexión. Si usa una llave, podría dañar el cople del regulador y causar una fuga.

COMPRUEBE QUE NO HAYA FUGAS DE GAS

VERIFIQUE QUE TODAS LAS VÁLVULAS DE LOS QUEMADORES ESTÉN CERRADAS Verifíquelo empujando la perilla de control hacia abajo y girando hacia la derecha. Confi rme que la perilla está colocada en la posición indicadora “OFF”. Proceda al paso siguiente. Si la perilla de control girase, continúe girándola hacia la derecha hasta que se pare. Ahora sí está en la posición cerrada. Proceda al paso siguiente.

ADVERTENCIA: Cada vez que conecte o desconecte una conexión de gas, deberá verificar que no hayan fugas de gas.

ADVERTENCIA: Lleve a cabo estos chequeos de fugas aun y cuando su asador haya sido ensamblado por el distribuidor o en la tienda donde la compró. ADVERTENCIA: No encienda los quemadores mientras esté verificando la existencia de fugas.
