21.Wrap the Long Cable (80) around a 90mm Pulley
(28)in the direction shown. Attach the Pulley to the Weight Carriage (18) with an M10 Nylon Locknut (76).
22.Remove the M10 Nylon Locknut (76) used in step 20.
