Follow recommended heat setting and cooking times for specific foods as listed in Grilling Chart later in this booklet. Always preheat grill for 5 minutes as recommended in chart. A small amount of butter or margarine may be used while grilling food to add flavor and aid in browning if desired. Always use plastic, rubber or wooden cook tools on
•Clean After Grilling
Always unplug cord from electric outlet and allow base to cool before cleaning. With a spoon or baster, remove any fat or grease that has collected on the grill surface. Wipe oil residue from base with paper toweling.
