1.Pour une installation sans décharge à l'extérieur (recyclage), installer le filtre à charbon sur le carter du ventilateur; faire tourner la manette du filtre dans le sens horaire. Répéter ceci pour chaque autre filtre à charbon.

2.Quelle que soit la configuration d'installation, insérer le bord arrière du filtre métallique dans la rainure arrière de l'ouverture d'installation du filtre.

3.Pousser la manette vers l'arrière et pousser le filtre vers le haut.

4.Tirer le filtre vers l'avant et insérer le filtre dans la rainure avant.

Contrôle du fonctionnement

1.Pour contrôler le fonctionnement de la hotte, rétablir l'alimentation électrique.

2.Pousser le commutateur d'éclairage à la position “1”. La lampe devrait s'allumer.

3.Pousser le commutateur d'éclairage à la position “0”. La lampe devrait s'éteindre.

4.Placer le commutateur du ventilateur à la position “1” pour le fonctionnement à basse vitesse, à la position “2” pour le fonctionnement à vitesse moyenne, ou à la position “3” pour le fonctionnement à haute vitesse.

5.Placer le commutateur du ventilateur à la position “0”. Le ventilateur devrait cesser de fonctionner.

6.Si la hotte ne fonctionne pas, déterminer si le circuit est correctement alimenté (disjoncteur ouvert ou fusible grillé?). Déconnecter la source de courant électrique, et vérifier que le câblage est correct.
