Surface burners
•Clean as soon as they become dirty.
•Wash, rinse and dry well.
•Grates only (not caps).
•Repeat steps of cleaning process (with items at left) as needed, until soil is completely removed.
•Rinse thoroughly and dry.
NOTE: Do not reassemble caps on burners while wet.

Stainless steel surfaces
(some models)
•Do not use steel wool or
•Rub in the direction of the grain line to avoid marring the surface.
•Always wipe dry to avoid water marks.
