7.Touch the Number Pad for the Cook Power you want.
8.Touch START.
The Display will show what you touched. This example shows you touched Number Pad 6 for 60% of full power.
The PROBE TEMP and COOK POWER Indicator Lights will stay on.
The Display will show “COOL” to show the food is less than 90°F As the food cooks, the Display will show the internal temperature of the food for every 5°F increase.
When the probe senses the tem- perature you selected, the oven shuts off. “End” will show on the Display and 4 beeps will sound. (You can stop the beeping by opening the door or by touching CANCEL.) “End” will remain on the Display and a reminder tone will sound every 60 seconds until the door is opened or CANCEL is touched. The Display will then show the time of day.
NOTE: ERR will be displayed after START is touched if an incorrect temperature has been set (less than 90°F or more than 200°F).
NOTE: Some foods are started using a timed (COOK) cycle and finished
by using a tempemture (PROBE TEMP) cycle. You can set PROBE TEMP to follow COOK, to avoid the need to reset the oven halfway through
cooking. PROBE TEMP can be progmmmed with the Tempemture Probe out. The oven will then pause between COOK and PROBE TEMP. “PROB” will show on the Display to remind you to plug in the probe. Touch START to continue cooking.
