1.Pull the Oven Temperature Control Knob straight off.
3.To lower the tempemture, move a notch closer to LO. Each notch equals aboutlO”F (5°C).
Broiling
2.Loosen the locking screw inside the control knob. Note the posi- tion of the notches.
4.To raise the temperature, move a notch closer to HI. Each notch equals aboutlO”F (5°C).
Tighten the locking screw and replace the control knob.
1.Position the rack before turning the oven on. See broil
rack positions.
2.Put the broiler pan and food on the rack.
