Do not use the MEAL SENSOR probe when cooking poultry Because
of the high proportlon of bone and shape of poultry, there IS no place where the meat IS thick enough to place the probe properly

110 FPlace sandwich on paper napkin. Insert probe from side so tip is in center of filling. Set Cook Power control at MEOlUlvl and MEAL SENSOR control at 110°F.
Thick sandwiches work best.
