l Clean the oven before it gets heavily soiled. Cleaning a very soiled oven takes longer and results in more smoke than usual.

2.Turn fhe Oven Selector and the Oven Temperature Control to OFF. When the oven temperature drops below 500°F (260°C) the Lock Lever can be moved to the Cook Position. Do not force It. Wait until it moves easily.
