Maintenance schedule
After working with the machine
Warning
Risk of damage. Do not hose down the ma- chine with water and do not use aggressive detergents.
ÎDrain dirty water.
ÎCheck the lint filter, clean if required.
ÎClean the outside of the machine with a damp cloth soaked in mild detergent.
ÎClean the squeegee blades and the splash guard, check for wear and repla- ce if required.
ÎCheck the brushes for wear, replace if required.
Monthly
ÎCheck the condition of the seals between dirty water tank and cover, replace if re- quired.
Yearly
ÎHave the prescribed inspection carried out by the customer service.
Maintenance
Replacing the squeegee blades
ÎRemove the squeegee tool.
ÎUnscrew the star grips.
ÎRemove the plastic parts.
ÎRemove the squeegee blades.
ÎInsert new squeegee blades.
ÎInsert the plastic parts.
ÎScrew in and tighten the star grips.
Replacing the disk brushes
ÎEmpty the dirty water reservoir.
ÎPress the machine down using the push handle.
ÎTurn the running gear to the front with your foot.
ÎTurn the button for setting the advance speed in – direction.
ÎRaise the disk brushes.
ÎTurn the disk brushes through approxi- mately 45°.
ÎRemove the disk brushes downwards.
ÎInsert the new disk brushes in reverse sequence.
ÎSet the advance speed.
ÎTurn the running gear to the rear with your foot.
Maintenance contract
To ensure a reliable operation of the machi- ne maintenance contracts can be concluded with the competent Windsor sales office.
Frost protection
In case of danger of frost:
ÎEmpty the fresh and dirty water reser- voirs.
ÎStore the machine in a

Danger
Risk of injury. Turn the program selection switch to "OFF" and disconnect the mains plug before performing any works on the machine.
ÎDrain and dispose of dirty water and ex- cess fresh water.
