Install Roller Chains

1.Place roller chain (A - 35 link) around the seed box sprocket and the large inner sprocket on the idler bracket assembly. Secure chain using master link.

2.Install roller chain (B - 28 link) around the rear drive sprocket and smaller outer sprocket on the idler bracket assembly. Secure chain using master link.

3.Align the seed box sprocket and large inner sprocket on the idler bracket by adjusting seed box side to side.

4.Tighten hardware securing seed box to renovator frame.

5.Slide idler bracket assembly forward to apply tension to the horizontal drive chain.

6.Slide idler and spring bracket down to apply tension to the vertical drive chain.

NOTE: Do not over tighten. Allow some slack in chain.

7.Adjust opposite side of roller to level.
