ACCESSIBLE ADVANCED FEATURES

The print driver user interface is designed to give quick and easy access to the most commonly used features, with a tab-based design that makes it easy to access advanced print features. Job type, 2-sided print pref- erence, paper selection and summary, collation and stapling are all easily accessed on the print driver’s main page. Tab options include:

•Advanced – access to PostScript options, Font Settings, Paper/Output Settings, Image Options, and more

•Paper/Output – default print driver screen offering most commonly used features including Job Type (normal print, secure print, sample set, delayed print), 2 Sided Print (one-sided print, two-sided print, two-sided print flip on short edge), Paper Summary, Select Paper, Output/Stapling (collated, uncollated, stapled), and Saved Settings.

•Image Options – Toner Saver, Reduce/Enlarge, Resolution Setting, Margin, and Invert Image

•Layout/Watermark – options include N-Up Printing, Booklet Printing, Resizing to a new paper size, Image Orientation, and Watermark Settings

The tab-based interface on the front panel of the WorkCentre 4150 makes it easy to access advanced features for each of the walk-up functions available. Tab options change depending on the feature selected to match that specific feature’s capabilities, and similar to the print driver includes most commonly used features on the main page with access to advanced features through the tabs.
