You will need both the Visioneer DriverPLUS driver and Acuity Image Processing software.

The Xerox DocuMate 4799 achieves very good results for black and white (bi-tonal text and line art), and acceptable results for grayscale scanning applications; producing captured images that are, in some cases, comparable to the Reference Scanner. Black and white mode should not be used to reproduce grayscale or color images.
