Product Overview

Cutting Roll Media

The following describes how to cut the lead edge of the roll media loaded on Roll 1 or

Roll 2.

1Open the front doors.

2Pull out the drawer for Roll 1 or Roll 2.

3Press the cutter button to cut the lead edge of

the media.

The lead edge of the media is cut.

Important • Do not open the cutter cover for Roll 1 or

Roll 2.

Note •Pressing the cutter button one time cuts the

paper at a length of 8.3 inches (210 mm).

When the cutter button is held down, the media

is continuously loaded until the cutter button is

released. The media is cut when the cutter

button is released.

4Remove the piece of paper that was cut.

5Gently slide the Roll 1 or Roll 2 drawer into the

machine until it stops and latches.
