Cleaning Print Cartridges

If there is still no improvement in the print quality, try
cleaning the print cartridge nozzles.
The following operation MUST NOT be repeated often,
as it will damage the print cartridge. It should be
attempted ONLY as a last resort, before changing the
print cartridge.
1Dampen a lint-free cloth with clean water. Squeeze it to
remove any excess water.
2Open the printer cover.
3Position, release and remove the print cartridge.
