Operate the remote control within a distance of 10 m from the projector, pointing the light beam at the remote control sensor (front or rear) of the projector.

Keep the remote control sensor out of direct sunlight or fluorescent lamp light.

Keep the remote control sensor at least 2 m away from fluorescent lamps. Otherwise, the remote control may malfunction.

If there is an inverter-operated fluorescent lamp near the remote control, the remote control operation may become unstable. On this occasion, stick a commercially available protection sticker on one of the sensors that is closer to the fluorescent lamp.

When operating the remote control, keep the distance from the remote control to the projector via the screen within about 5 m. The operable range of the remote control, however, depends on the characteristics of the screen.
