Singing karaoke
This system allows you to enjoy singing karaoke by using not only a source for karaoke use but also any normal audio source.
1 Connect one or two microphones to the MIC jack(s) on the front panel.2 Play back a source. (For source playback, refer to page3 If necessary, select a karaoke mode (KARAOKE, KARAOKE L or KARAOKE R) by pressing the PROGRAM button once or more so that the corresponding name appears on the sound field program indicator.
For descriptions of the karaoke modes, see the list below.4 If desired, adjust the level of echo effect and key level of the source currently played back (For details, see the next page.)
5 While singing, adjust the mixing level of singing voice by turning the MIC MIXING level control.
To cancel the karaoke modePress the PROGRAM button so that “KARAOKE”, “KARAOKE L” or “KARAOKE R” disappears from the sound field program indicator.

Note
When using a multisound source for Karaoke use, make sure to select the KARAOKE L or KARAOKE R mode. If the KARAOKE mode is selected, depending on a source, sound may become unnatural.
