Remote control
This section describes the remote control controls and their functions. Make sure that the AMP mode is selected before starting operation.

1Infrared window
Outputs infrared control signals. Aim this window at the component you want to operate.
2CODE SET
Used to set up manufacturer codes (see page 46).

DISC SKIP
4DSP program
Select DSP programs when the remote control is in AMP mode. Press one of these buttons repeatedly to select a DSP program within a program group.
5LEVEL
Selects the effect speaker channel to adjust.
6Multi control section
Used to change and implement settings.
7TEST
Outputs a test tone for use when adjusting the speaker levels.
8TRANSMIT indicator
Flashes while the remote control is sending signals.
9STANDBY
Sets this unit in standby mode.
0SYSTEM POWER
Turns on the power of the unit.
qSLEEP
Sets the sleep timer.
w6CH INPUT
Selects the audio source connected to the 6CH INPUT jacks.
eAMP
Switches the function of the same controls between AMP and the component selected using the input selector buttons.
r★/★★
Sets the remote control to operate other components (not necessarily connected to this unit) without changing this unit’s input source.
tVOLUME +/–
Increases or decreases the volume level.
