Using the Controls
qPOWER Switch
Used to switch the power ON/OFF.
wVOLUME
Used to control the volume. Rotate the knob to the
right to increase the volume.
eEQ CTRL (Equalizer Control)
The SVV-200 Silent Viola is equipped with an Equal-
izer Control that has the ability to isolate and control
the upper partials of the harmonics that are created
when the viola is played.
This function offers effective adjustment of the Silent
Viola’s tone, response, etc.
We recommend a setting of about “6” but please ad-
just the tone to your own personal preference.
rEQ MODE Switch

Used to set the equalizer to one of its two EQ MODE types.
• EQ MODE 1
This mode is designed to deliver optimum tone from the instrument. We recommend that you adjust
the EQ CTRL to any level you like.
• EQ MODE 2
Select this mode when you want to use the tone produced directly from the pickup. This mode delivers
the uncolored tone directly from the pickup.
