ZCM 630 specifications

The Zanussi ZCM 630 is a modern and efficient freestanding cooker, meticulously designed to enhance your cooking experience. Combining functionality with a sleek aesthetic, this appliance showcases a range of features and technologies that cater to both novice cooks and seasoned chefs alike.

One of the standout features of the Zanussi ZCM 630 is its dual fuel design, which pairs a gas hob with an electric oven. This combination offers the best of both worlds - the precise temperature control of gas cooking for your stovetop and the consistent, even heat of an electric oven. The hob includes four burners, with varying sizes to accommodate different pot and pan sizes, allowing for flexibility while cooking multiple dishes simultaneously. Additionally, the front-mounted controls make it easy to adjust heat levels with precision.

The oven of the ZCM 630 is generously sized, providing ample space for baking, roasting, and broiling. It boasts a range of cooking functions, including fan-assisted cooking, which circulates heat for even cooking results. This feature is particularly beneficial for baking, ensuring evenly risen cakes and perfectly cooked pastries. The oven also presents a grill function, ideal for achieving that satisfying browning on top of your dishes.

Cleaning is made easy with the Zanussi ZCM 630, thanks to its catalytic liners. These liners work by breaking down grease and food splatters at high temperatures, reducing the need for manual scrubbing. This innovative technology ensures that your oven remains in pristine condition with minimal effort.

In terms of safety, the ZCM 630 is equipped with flame failure devices on its gas burners. This safety feature automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, providing peace of mind during cooking.

Furthermore, the cooker features a large viewing window and internal lighting, allowing users to monitor cooking progress without the need to frequently open the door and release heat.

Overall, the Zanussi ZCM 630 stands out not only for its stylish design but also for its practical features and modern technologies. Ideal for families or individuals who enjoy cooking, this freestanding cooker combines performance and convenience, making it an excellent addition to any kitchen.
