2.13.2Xmodem の使用による更新

Xmodem を使用して更新を行うには、ヌルモデム・シリアル・ケーブルと HyperTerminal for Windows 95 などのソフトウェアを使用して、AP PC を直接接続する必要があります。Xmodem は、端末エミュレーション・プ ログラムと AP UI 間のファイル転送をサポートしています。

Xmodem による転送時間は、TFTP 転送より長くかかります。

AP のファームウェアを更新する手順は、以下のとおりです。

1.端末エミュレーション・プログラムを実行する PC のハードディスク にファームウェア・ファイル DSAP_FW.BIN および INTEL_HTM.BIN

をコピーします。

2.ヌルモデム・シリアル・ケーブルを AP から PC のシリアル・ポートに 接続します。

3.PC 上で通信プログラムを起動します。

4.セッション [PRO/ 2011 AP] を指定し、[OK] を選択します。

以下の手順は、Windows 98 を対象としています。

5.正しい通信ポート ( 通常は [Direct to Com1]) を選択し、以下のパラメー タ値を設定します。
