ASSEMBLY

LOWER HITCH ATTACHMENT

Attach the Lower Hitches (13) to Deck with the Spacer (14), Bolt (15) and Nut (16). Place the Lower Hitch Pins (17) thru the Lower Hitches and secure with Lynch Pins (18). FIGURE 1.

CASTER WHEEL ATTACHMENTS

Attach the right and left Axle Arm Weldment (1) to the deck with bolts (2) flatwashers (3), and locknuts (4). Install two one inch spacer (6) and two 1/4 inch spacers (8) on each fork and wheel assembly shaft (5) , which include Bearing (7). Insert fork shaft (5) into axle arm weldment (1). Install two additional one inch spacers

(6) on each axle shaft (5) and retain using Snapper Pin. (9) FIGURE 2.

DRIVELINE ATTACHMENT - To Gearbox

1.Insert yoke onto splined shaft. Grab and pull collar on end yoke.

2.Slide yoke (with collar depressed) onto gearbox shaft.

3.Move yoke back and forth until collar clicks forward and locks the yoke in place.
