ASSEMBLY

The FM100 Mower will attach to most tractors with Cat. I Three-Point hitch and a 540 RPM PTO. DO NOT

EXCEED HORSEPOWER RECOMMENDATIONS.

DANGER! Operating with PTO speed over 540 RPM can cause excessive vibration with subsequent machine failure which can cause serious injury or even death. Never exceed 540 RPM.

DEALER SET-UP INSTRUCTIONS

Assembly of this mower is the responsibility of the Rhino dealer. The mower should be delivered to the owner completely assembled, lubricated, and adjusted for normal cutting conditions.

Set up mower as received from the factory with these instructions. Remove mower from carton. Open parts box and lay parts out to make location easy. Refer to parts lists and exploded view drawings for more detail.

This mower is shipped partially assembled. Assembly will be easier if components are aligned and loosely assembled before tightening hardware.

CAUTION! Always use personal protection devices such as eye and ear protectors during assembly.

A-FRAME ATTACHMENT

Attach the Rear Brace Bars (1) to the lugs on the rear of the deck with bolts (2) & locknuts (8). Attach the A-Frame Bars (4) to the lugs on the front of the deck with bolts (2) & locknuts (3). Attach the other end of the A-Frame Bars (4) at the top and between the Rear Brace Bars (1) and Top Link (5) with bolt (6), bushing (7)& nut (8). Attach the Top Link Pin (9) thru the Top Link and secure with Cotter Pin (10) FIGURE 1.
