Dip switch cover

Protects the DIP switches. You use these switches to change the printer's factory default settings. For information about changing the default settings, see Chapter 8, Customizing the Printer.

Parallel interface port

Allows you to attach the printer's interface cable.

AC power receptacle

Allows you to attach the printer's power cord.
