Purchase a small amount of paper and test it to see if it meets your printing requirements.

NOTE: Attempting to print on damp, curled, wrinkled, or torn paper can cause paper jams and poor print quality.

You can automatically feed single sheets of plain papers:

Size: Letter -- 8.5 x 11 inches (210 x 279 mm) Legal -- 8.5 x 14.0 inches(216 x 356 mm), portrait orientation only

Ledger -- 11 x 17 inches(279 x 420 mm), portrait orientation only

Thickness: Less than 0.008 inches (0.2 mm)

Weight: 17 to 24 lbs (64 to 90 g/m²)

You can stack up to 100 sheets of plain letter-size or legal-size paper (20lbs or 75 g/m), and up to 50 sheets of plain ledger-size paper (20lbs or 75 g/m), in in the sheet feeder.

NOTE: Make sure the paper size you select within your printer driver matches the orientation in which you load the paper in the printer. See Chapter 5, Using the Printer With Software, for information on printer drivers.
