1.

Hang the bags (F, Figure 7) on the horizontal sup-

 

 

port.

 

Note: If desired, the bags can be lined with 30 gallon

 

 

trash bags for easy disposal.

 

2.

Install the handle (B) inside the cover. Secure with

 

 

two #10-32 x 1/2 screws (C) and nuts (A).

 

3.

Rest the cover assembly (D) on the bags (F).

 

4.

Install the two hinge pins (E) and secure with hair pin

 

 

clips (G).

5.

Open the cover and fasten cable (A, Figure 8) to sup-

port (B). The looped cable end fits over washer (C).

 

 

NOTE: Push the hair pin clips all the way on or they will

 

be bent by the hinge when the cover is opened.
