PERIODIC SERVICE SCHEDULE
REGULAR INTERVAL	SERVICE
Monthly service by owner		Check engine circulating air passage;
or trained technician		visually inspect unshrouded area around
	Engine	engine exhaust for grass and debris and
		clean if necessary.
		Diesel vehicles: Check for grass and
		debris around the radiator.
		Check air pressure and adjust if
	Tires	necessary. See Vehicle Specifications
		on page 51.
		Check lubricant levels. Add if necessary.
	Transmission and differentials	See Lubrication Level Check for Front
		Differential, Transmission, and Rear
		Differential on page 40.
	General vehicle	Wash engine compartment and underside
		of vehicle. Do not wash engine when hot.
First adjustment after 20 hours,		Adjust valve clearance. See Honda
additional every 100 hours of operation	Engine (Honda)	GX620 Service Manual (CCI P/N
		102615401).
Semiannual service by trained		Clean terminals and wash dirt from
technician only	Battery	casing; check electrolyte level. Add
(or every 50 hours of operation,		distilled water if necessary. See page 47.

	Front wheel alignment and toe-in	Section 7 – Steering and Front
		Suspension in the appropriate
		maintenance and service manual.
	Electrical wiring and connections	Check for tightness and damage.
		Inspect master cylinder, brake lines, and
		hoses for damage or leakage.
		Check park brake cables for damage;
		replace if necessary.
	Brake system	Check brake pads and discs; replace if
		necessary. For brake wear-in
		procedure, see Hydraulic Brakes in the
		Pre-Operation and Daily Safety
		Checklist on page 17. See also Section
		6 – Brake System in the appropriate
		maintenance and service manual.
