Emission Control System Warranty Statement (Owner’s Defect Warranty Rights and Obligations)
EMISSION CONTROL WARRANTY COVERAGE IS APPLICABLE TO CERTI- FIED ENGINES PURCHASED IN CALIFORNIA IN 1995 AND THEREAF- TER, WHICH ARE USED IN CALIFORNIA, AND TO CERTIFIED MODEL
YEAR 1997 AND LATER ENGINES WHICH ARE PURCHASED AND USED ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES (AND AFTER JANUARY 1, 2001 IN CANADA).

The California Air Resources Board (CARB), U.S. EPA and Sears are pleased to explain the Emission Control System Warranty on your model year 2000 and later small
