Managing multiple hubs

To manage multiple hubs, you must stack them using Intel Cascade

Cables.

Intel Cascade Cable

Connecting hubs with Intel Cascade Cables allows you to manage both 10 and 100 Mbps hubs with a single Management Module.

Hub numbering

Once connected with Intel Cascade Cables, the Management Module numbers hubs from top to bottom, regardless of the placement of the Management Module.

The placement of the Management Module
