•positions 1-4are the menus in which you can create and recall families of speaker level and distance measurements for later use. You might have one position deﬁned for the seating arrangement used for standard movie viewing, and another for when you are sitting by the window reading a good book.

Positions can be enabled or disabled as required by going to the system setup/speakers/position menu. If the position in question is highlighted, it is available for use. If it is not highlighted, it has been disabled to prevent accidental use.
