For the Polling Box

Item	Description
Delete transmitted file	Documents are deleted after they are polled from other
	FAX machines.

Security Tab

Item	Description
Permission	Select "Shared" for printer sharing, or "Private" for
	personal use.This item can be set when authentication is
	enabled on this machine.

Password change	Specify a password to protect the document box. The
	password can be up to 16 characters long.
	Once set, you will be prompted to enter the password
	each time you access the document box.
