Basic Steps to Accessing System Settings

Press the User Tools key.

Press the Cursor keys until “2 Systems Settings” is displayed.

Press the OK key.

Press the Cursor keys until the desired menu is displayed.

• 7 AOF (Keep it on.)

Press the OK key.

The tables on the following pages provide you with information pertaining to each System Setting.

Exiting from User Tools

After changing any of the User Tools settings, press the User Tool key to return to the previous mode (for copy or print) or press the Cancel key to exit User Tools mode.
