* Notes:

1. Apply the load when attaching the parts. 20N to 30N (2 to 3Kgf)/cm2

Do not place the damper over the plate of FPC.

Do not place the damper over the plate of heater.

HDD Damper Ass'y

Make sure the product with black sheet on the yellow sponge.

Fold the FPC from the board edge.

Push and bend

HDD Ass'y

HDD Set Insert after removing the Release Paper of the two-sided tape.

Remove the Release Paper on the back, close and attach it.

Attach it to HDD closely not to loosen.

When attaching HDD Cushion (Yellow) and HDD Cushion (Black), set the bending part of the metal plate up.

HDD Thermal Plate

Do not bend it at a sharp angle to put natural R.
