If these procedures still do not help, set the mouse speed and acceleration for the computer (or computers via KVM switch) connected to the CN-6000 as follows:

MWindows 2000: Set the mouse speed to the middle position; set the mouse acceleration to None (Control Panel → Mouse → Mouse Properties → Motion):

MWindows XP: Set the mouse speed to the middle position; disable Enhance Pointer Precision (Control Panel → Printers and Other Hardware → Mouse
