PQ-6 PLUS (RO)

The Centronics parallel interface is a 25-pin, parallel byte interface. It has eight lines that carry their respective binary bits in parallel. The transmission of these data bits is controlled by the computer-supplied STROBE pulse. Handshaking (flow control) is achieved by asserting or deasserting either the ACKNLG or BUSY signal from the printer.
