Setting Up the Access Code Key

Follow the procedure below to assign an access code (from two to ﬁve digits) to represent a fax number. You can assign the access code key to [#] or any one-touch speed dialing key. Also, you can set the number of characters used for an access code.

1 Open all three one-touch speed dialing panels.
