Replacing the Battery Pack

• Use only the specified battery pack.

When replacing the battery pack, make sure to install the pack in the correct orientation. Incorrectly replacing the battery creates the danger of injury or damage to surrounding areas, or explosion.

Replacing a small-size rechargeable battery (Lithium ion battery)

Apply insulation treatment for the old battery pack by sealing the contact with tape or the like and ask our sales representative or ser- vice center for the measures to be taken to recycle the reusable materials.

Do not place the battery pack together with other batteries such as dry batteries.
