Purpose

This document provides instructions for removing and installing cable interface line cards.

Audience

This document is intended for use by a field service engineer who is familiar with Cisco products and headend cable installation procedures.

Warning Only trained and qualified personnel should be allowed to install, replace, or service this equipment.

Scope

This document describes the Cisco uBR10-LCP2-MC28C cable interface line cards, how to install the card in the Cisco uBR10012 universal broadband router, and how to remove and install the

Cisco MC28C in the Cisco LCP2 adapter card.
