Delimiter character - For commands that may have more than one character, the delimiter defines the end of the command string.
Delimiter characters used are: | = for select scan rate. |

= Current test pattern number (1 or 2 digits)
= Software version (2 digits separated by decimal point).
= Scan rate number (1 or 2 digits).
= Scan rate description (32 characters).
= Test pattern number (1 or 2 digits).

Error Code Descriptions
E05 VTG 200 power is off and an attempt has been made to send it a command.
E07 An attempt to select a nonexistent test pattern number has been made.
E08 An attempt to select a nonexistent scan rate number has been made.
