2Optional: If you wish to extend the range of the included remote control, connect a B119-000-REC IR Receiver Unit to the IR EXT port on the front of the switch. Locate the receiver unit in an area where it will be accessible when using the remote control (the B119-000-REC is 5 ft. in length).

3Connect an HDMI source device to an Input port on the switch.

Note: The length of the HDMI cable connecting the source to the switch must not exceed 13 ft. (4 m.)

4Repeat step 2 to connect source devices to the remaining Input ports on the switch.

5Connect the Output port on the switch to the HDMI Input port of your display. Note: The length of the HDMI cable connecting the switch to the display must not exceed 16 ft. (5 m.)

6Connect the included power supply to the switch, and then plug it into a Tripp Lite Surge Suppressor, Power Distribution Unit (PDU), or Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).

7Turn on the power to the HDMI source devices and display.

8Switch between source devices via pushbutton or the included remote control.
