USING A WEB BROWSER

The following are the minimum system requirements for the EW5001:

•PC (Pentium® 4 microprocessor, 1.6 GHz) with Windows® 98, Windows 2000, or Windows XP (or higher), or Mac® OS X 10.3.9 (or higher)

•RAM: 512 Mbyte

•Ethernet Card: 100 Mbit

•Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (or higher) or Firefox® 1.5 (or higher) with JavaScript™ enabled

•Screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels or higher, 16- or 32-bit pixel color resolution

To access the EW5001 using a Web browser, do the following:

1.Open the Web browser.

2.Type the IP address of the EW5001 in the Address box of the browser. A login dialog box opens.

3.Type admin (all lowercase) in the User ID and Password boxes (admin is the default for both of these settings). Refer to Figure 3 on page 5.

4.Click the Log In button.
