			NMS devices. The
			device name (within
			6700 Series NMS) is
			appended to this name to
			form the specific device
			read community name.

Base Write	0±16	(Blank)	Name for issuing ``Writeº
			(SET) commands for
			NMS devices. The
			device name (within
			6700 Series NMS) is
			appended to this name to
			form the specific device
			write community name.
