These connectors are used to connect the RS-1612 to a LAN. ZyView can manage the RS-1612 via the LAN. Only one of the three connectors can be used at any time.

Control Card

An internal control card is installed to monitor and control the modems. The control card contains circuit and firmware for LCD control panel operation and is also used to download firmware using the RS-232 port on the back panel.
