8.If Network Adapters is listed, then expand it by clicking on the plus [+] sign and remove all devices with the name Linksys in its description. (If at any point you are asked to restart the computer, click No).

9.If Other Devices is listed, click the plus [+] sign beside it. Remove Linksys EtherFast 1/10/100 USB Network Adapter.

10.Click the OK button, shut down Windows, and restart your computer.

11.After your computer has restarted, turn to page 9 for Windows 98 and fol- low the setup instructions.
