2. INSTALLATION menu

Menu option				Setting			Feature description
	OFF/BEIGE					/ LIGHT	Selects a desired setting based on the color of the screen or wall
WALL SCREEN	BLUE		/ LIGHT GREEN				on which images are projected. When selecting a setting other
		/ PINK			/BLACK		than BLACK BOARD/WHITE BOARD, you can fine-tune the color
	BOARD/WHITE BOARD						tone to the desired level on the 1 to 5 scale. (See page 18.)
	STANDARD						Select this setting when you want to view images in a well-lit
							room.
							Select this setting when you want to view images at a moderate
LAMP MODE							light intensity. The operating sound is consequently reduced, and
							the lamp lifetime becomes longer.
	LOW
							• When this mode is switched, projected images may flicker.
							• If this mode is frequently switched, the lamp may be deterio-
							rated.
	STANDARD						LAN can be activated in STANDARD MODE. MONITOR OUT
							cannot be activated.
STANDBY MODE
	LOW						Power consumption can be lowered when selecting LOW. How-
							ever, LAN and MONITOR OUT cannot be activated.
							If AUTO is selected, selects AUDIO 1 when the input source is
	AUTO						COMPUTER 1, selects AUDIO 2 when the input source is COM-
							PUTER 2, selects AUDIO 3 when the input source is VIDEO/S-
AUDIO INPUT							VIDEO, selects HDMI when the input source is HDMI.
	AUDIO 1/AUDIO 2/AUDIO 3						Select the audio input.
	MIX						Selects MIX signal of AUDIO 1 and AUDIO 2. You can change the
							balance of AUDIO 1/AUDIO 2 using MIX	.
							When this mode is set to ON, the lamp is automatically lit when
							the power cord is plugged in the wall outlet. Select ON when you
AUTO POWER ON	ON/OFF						set the projector at the ceiling.
							• When the lamp is off, the projector is in standby. Use the
							remote control to turn on the lamp.
AUTO POWER OFF	OFF/5-60 min						Selects a desired timer setting until the projector enters the
							standby mode when there is no signal input from the source.
IMAGE CAPTURE	SETUP						Use to capture the screen for the splash screen. (See page 33.)
SPLASH SCREEN	ON/OFF						Select ON to display the splash screen when the projector is pow-
							ered on.
BACK COLOR	BLUE/BLACK/IMAGE						Selects the background color that is displayed when there is no
							signal input from the source.
							Use to choose the background, either BLACK, or IMAGE, which
AV MUTE MODE	BLACK/IMAGE						will be displayed when the AV MUTE button is pressed. When
							IMAGE is chosen, the splash screen will be displayed.
	OFF						Select this setting when you want to view images from the front
							with the projector set on the floor.
	MIRROR						Select this setting when you want to view images from behind the
							screen with the projector set on the floor.
IMAGE REVERSE
	INVERT						Select this setting when you want to view images from behind the
							screen with the projector set at the ceiling.
	MIRROR INVERT						Select this setting when you want to view images from the front
							with the projector set at the ceiling.
TEST PATTERN	CROSS HATCH						Select to show the test cross hatch pattern.
	WHITE						Select to show the maximum brightness image.
	BLACK						Select to show the minimum brightness image.

•The STANDARD lamp mode is activated by default whenever the projector is turned on. When the LOW LAMP MODE has been chosen, the default STANDARD lamp mode is switched to the LOW lamp mode in 1 minute.

•In AUDIO INPUT, HDMI audio is selected when the Input Source is HDMI input. The audio of AUDIO 1, AUDIO 2, AUDIO 3, and MIX cannot be selected.

•To cancel the test pattern, press any button.
