The z connector of the Onkyo compact disc player must be connected to the TX-SR500/TX-SR500E (refer to page 16).

1. Press CD.

2. Press to turn on the Onkyo

CD

compact disc player.

3. Press the desired operation button.

s: Starts playback of CD.

e: Stops playback, fast forward or fast reverse.

f: Fast forwards the CD.

d: Fast reverses the CD.

2/8 : Lets playback pause temporarily.

w: Skips to the beginning of the next track.

q: Skips to the beginning of the current or previous track.

DISC : This button is valid when the CD changer is used and selects the disc to be played.

1–9, +10, 0 : Use to enter numeric values.
