3.1. Mounting

The RuggedBackbone™ RX1512 features optional mounting brackets for panel and DIN rail mounting. The optional brackets attach to both sides of the appliance at the rear of the chassis. For panel mounting, the mounting bracket provides four mounting holes. For DIN rail mounting, the DIN adaptor mounts to a standard 1" DIN rail and is secured with a lock screw on each adaptor.

To attach the mounting brackets, align the brackets with the threaded holes on the sides of the appliance. Secure the mounting brackets to the appliance with the screws included in the mounting bracket kit.
