Description

Status Menu

Displays connection status, key interface

 

settings, as well as the firmware and hardware

 

version numbers.

INTERNET

Displays WAN connection type and status.

GATEWAY

Displays system IP settings, the status for

 

DHCP, and Firewall services, as well as the

 

wireless interface settings.

INFORMATION

Displays the number of attached clients, the

 

firmware versions, the physical MAC address

 

for each media interface, as well as the

 

hardware version and serial number.

Security Log

Displays any illegal attempts to access your

 

network.

DHCP Client Log

Displays information on all DHCP clients

 

attached to your network.

 

 

Tools Menu

Contains options to reset the system, restore

 

configuration settings, or update system

 

firmware.

Reset Barricade

Reboots the system and retains all of your

 

configuration settings.

Restore Factory Defaults

Restores all configuration settings to the

 

factory defaults

Update Firmware

Upgrades the system with the latest firmware

 

obtained from SMC’s website at

 

www.smc.com

 

 

Help Menu

Contains information for product support,

 

troubleshooting, and network terminology.
