Before sending a unit for repair, you must contact your Perle supplier. If, however, you bought your product directly from Perle you can contact directly. See Perle support centres worldwide on page 59 for contact information.

Customers who are In Europe, Africa or Middle East can submit repair details via a website form shown in the next picture. This form is on the Perle website, www.perle.com, in the Support area.
